Hi, I'm Sara Bush

I'm a Scottsbluff native, a mom of two young boys, and I'm passionate about helping children grow through movement.

Playful movement is an integral part of the foundation for bright futures — it builds strong minds, confidence, coordination and emotional regulation. I am thrilled to use my background in psychology, dance, gymnastics coaching and teaching to bring this to our community. I am dedicated to creating a space where every child can learn, move and thrive.

Encouraging movement, learning & growth in every child.

Why early movement

What early movement builds

The early years are when body and brain wire together fastest. Purposeful play is how that wiring happens — and it shapes far more than athletic ability.

Sensory development

Rolling, hanging, spinning and balancing stimulate the vestibular and proprioceptive systems — how a child senses where their body is in space, and how they learn to feel settled in it.

Motor development

Climbing, jumping and crossing the midline build strength, bilateral coordination and core control — the same foundations that later support handwriting, sport and everyday confidence.

Cognitive development

Following a sequence, waiting a turn and working out an obstacle course develop focus, memory, language and self-regulation — skills that carry straight into the classroom.
